About Invincible Girls Lift
Not a rebellion against fashion brands, pharma companies, sleazy dudes or mean girls. A rebellion for you, and you alone — because it is too costly to spend any more time fixing what never needed fixing.

What we're here for
The mission
Can exercise be healthy? Remarkably so. Is it healthy to drag yourself to the gym after a long day because you're afraid of what happens if you don't? No. So we build something else: time to be with your body, your favourite music in your ears, heavy weights moving, and permission to give stink eyes to whoever you like. On the harder days, just getting on the mat and breathing counts.
No shame, ever — it has never once made anyone stronger
Two to three hours a week, built around your real life
Science you can trust, delivered by someone who knows your name
If we only get you in great shape, we've failed
The vision
We want a world where a woman's strength is unremarkable — where taking up space is the default, where turning 50 is a gain rather than a loss, and where no one's first thought at the gym is whether she belongs there. We build that one client at a time: a program she can actually keep, a coach who stays in her corner, and proof, week by week, that she can do hard things on purpose.
Strength for every decade ahead, not just this summer
Support that outlasts motivation

About the founder

My body has changed. My skin has changed. I spend more time than I'd like stuck behind this screen. And somewhere in there I collected something the ads never advertise: a lot of hard-earned wisdom. Experience that makes me less valuable to capitalism and insecure men — and far more valuable to you.
I fell in love with movement because my body couldn't sit still. My mom put me in Irish dance to keep me from running off with all that pent-up energy. Growing up in the early 2000s was magical and brutal in equal measure, and I didn't come through it unscathed. Two decades later I've never once abandoned exercise and music as my own catharsis and rebellion.

Growing up in the early 2000s was magical and brutal in equal measure, and I didn't come through it unscathed. Two decades later I've never once abandoned exercise and music as my own catharsis and rebellion.
My workouts look nothing like they used to, thanks to years of study and coaching men and women of every age and background. More importantly, my approach looks nothing like it did when I had magazine cutouts taped to my bedroom wall.
Somewhere along the way we were handed a competition none of us asked to enter — criticising each other, measuring ourselves against each other, basing our worth on someone else being a size larger. I don't believe it was a deliberate campaign. I think a few men decided what they liked, printed it in magazines, and we accepted it. We never needed a thousand makeup brands or jeans that don't fit true to size.
So my mission isn't helping women lose weight. It's making exercise fun again. And wherever you're starting: you deserve to take up space, and you deserve to fall in love with your body exactly as it is. If you get in great shape along the way, then at least I learned something in school.
Invincible Girls Lift was built for women by a former corporate executive with a background in kinesiology and a degree in psychology, focused on the science of sustainable motivation.
Your own strength program in the app with demo videos, tracking and progressions — rebuilt around your progress, not a template's calendar.
One focused call a month to review your form, your loads, and everything happening around them. You leave knowing exactly what the next four weeks look like.
Programming grounded in how women's bodies actually build strength
A degree focused on the science of motivation that lasts past week three
Years inside demanding careers, so your calendar is never a surprise
Provider access and lab work, so we train with data instead of guesses
Message in the app, text, or pick up the phone. Real answers from your coach between calls, so a question never becomes a stalled month.
Send a clip, get it back marked up with what to change. Confidence under the bar comes from knowing your technique is sound.
Built around your lifestyle and goals, with recipes you'd actually cook. It sits quietly alongside your training until you ask for it — never a punishment, never a prerequisite.
